Hoosier Cleaners offers residential, commercial, general, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in Bloomington, Indiana and surrounding areas. Services are provided based on the details agreed upon during booking or quoting, and are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Payment
- Quotes are free and provided with no obligation.
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major forms of payment, including cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Service Limitations
Our services do not include hazardous material removal, pest control, mold remediation, or heavy lifting. If you're unsure whether a task is included, please contact us before your appointment.
5. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If our cleaners are unable to access the property, a no-show fee may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return to address any concerns at no additional charge, subject to our reasonable discretion.
7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to engage in:
- Unauthorized data mining, scraping, or access attempts
- Use of the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Distribution of malicious software or spam
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site if misuse is detected.
